BELT DRYER
The RP Engineering belt dryer are modular dryers, easy and reliable to use low temperature thermal energy and dry a large kind of material, like sawdust, woodchips, bark, using hot water, steam, thermal oil, or other waste heat.
The NF model belt dryers are made with top-down technology with a polyester canvas belt, and allow the use of low temperature thermal sources such as hot water, steam, fumes, hot air coming from other processes to optimize the energy efficiency of the your company.

The RP Engineering belt dryer are modular dryers, easy and reliable to use low temperature thermal energy and dry a large kind of material, like sawdust, woodchips, bark, using hot water, steam, thermal oil, or other waste heat.
The raw material it’s feeded from two adjustable height conveyors screw to have the perfect layer to dry.
The layer of material proceed thought the active drying zone and it’s heated from the hot air produced from the exchangers, and sucked from the main fan.
At the end it’s discharged from a horizontal screw.
A very efficient software regulate the process, reading the final moisture of the dried product and manage the process in the highest efficiency mode: you can choose the priority for the dryer, in particular:
- maximum thermal energy used
- maximum back temperature
- output moisture
- maximum allowable production

- Modular design, with possible elong of the drying tunnel to increase the thermal power and the production
- Completely bolted design, no welding required during installation, completely realized in galvanized steel
- Possible outdoor installation, with heat exchanger roofing or dryer housing made with self standing structure realized in galvanized steel and sandwich panels

Belt dryers require little maintenance and are reliable for continuous work of over 7500 hours/year.
